TERMS OF PURCHASE
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE CARPETS AT NORTH CARPET AB ON THE INTERNET
RESELLER
Furniture stores, carpet stores, interior design shops, interior designers and architects, home interior designers and who works with or sells interior design can register their company as a dealer with us. We have no minimum requirements regarding the purchase price or number of orders
BUY
After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. There you can easily see your order, while you get information about estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that shipping costs are not included when buying online, so it will be invoiced later.
Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The prices and conditions stated at the time of your order are those that apply.
The first time you shop with us as a new customer, the order is paid before delivery. We offer the following payment methods:
- SveaEkonomi
Svea Ekonomi makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Svea Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Svea Ekonomi invoice or Svea Ekonomi account – or with card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe. - Terms of payment are also stated at checkout under the respective payment options
WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
We provide a one-year warranty on our all products (except Patchwork collection).
All warranty/ complaint matters are assessed by our experienced staff. Approved complaints are paid out in the same way as they are paid. This happens as soon as the case has been closed. However, if the fault turns out to be due to external damage and is not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for any repair costs.

Is your item faulty, or has it been damaged during transport? Document the damage in writing on the consignment note with the driver’s signature and contact us as soon as possible (+46 8-6630409 & info@northcarpet.se). Tell us in detail what is wrong, which product it is and enter your order number, and we can give you faster service. In the event of a complaint, you will receive return shipping notes from us, as well as help to solve the problem with the help of a new item, repair, money back or any price deduction.
In the event of a complaint, you are responsible for the product returning to us in unchanged / undamaged condition. Therefore, preferably use the original packaging, or equivalent, and pack the carpet well.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If your item is damaged during transport, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible (+46-8 6630409 or info@northcarpet.se). Document the damage in writing on the consignment note with the driver’s signature and feel free to take pictures. Read more under the section Complaints.
DELIVERIES
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 weekdays and for other Nordic and EU countries 4-7 weekdays, out of EU countries will be notified as soon as we get the order. You can always see the selected delivery method and delivery time on your invoice.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order on time. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder can not fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
RETURNS
Returns are sent at the customer’s expense and risk of:

REFUND
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
